Xinhua reported , Li Keqiang said that China - Association of Southeast Asian Nations Free Trade Area will be completion on schedule January 1 next year. By then, China and Association of Southeast Asian Nations 90% of the traded goods will achieve zero tariffs, and substantial liberalization of service trade market.
