The Chinese government recently issued a presentation to explain the joint outcome achieved under the framework of the first round of China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue, declaring that the United States recognized China’s progress in continuous market reforms, and would earnestly consider China’s concerns and recognize China’s market economy status through the China-US Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade. 
The first round of the China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue was held on July 27-28 in Washington. This presentation shows the consensus between the two countries in five aspects, i.e. ensuring the sustainable and balanced economic growth, building a strong financial system, trade and investment, international economy and financial institutions.
