R&R provide a reasonable balance between price and quality of imports by air with the quality of services. Customers can choose according to their scope of service and time requirements.

Operational processes

I： Airport Airport / Airline Cargo Terminals

1: tally

Upon arrival of goods, cargo terminals will be based on the AWB data, collate and verify the integrity of cargo, and damaged, the shortfall will be to assist the consignee to the airlines to trace or claim for the goods will arrive in batches tracking until all the collected goods.
2: notification

Terminal will notify the Air Waybill as shown on the declaration of the consignee to receive the bill of lading (the consignee may be commissioned to carry out customs clearance)
3: check

A: Customs and Excise Department will conduct an assessment of imported goods, and given approval by the release of goods.
B: Inspection of goods needs to be done to be declared to the Export Commodities Inspection Bureau check will be issued after passing the document Export Commodities Inspection Bureau, the owner or by the customs broker / freight forwarding to customs to pay, and then import declaration to customs procedures.
C: release of goods according to national laws related to customs duties collected.
4: pickup

The consignee will have passed the documents to the Customs cargo handling, and receive goods.
5: Clearing

The consignee will be charged the standard cost of delivery of the declaration. Goods in accordance with different situations have different operating hours, general cargo terminals in the three days of receipt of the goods free of charge custody over this period will result in the cost of ground handling.
